Publisher Agreement

1. Publication Requirements

• Published articles must remain live for a minimum of 12 months
• Links must remain dofollow unless otherwise specified in the order
• Content must not be modified after publication without buyer approval
• Articles must be published on the URL/domain listed on Orbink

2. Content Standards

• Publisher-written content must be original and pass plagiarism checks
• Content must be relevant to the site's niche and audience
• Publishers must not add excessive or unrelated outbound links
• Articles must not be placed in hidden or low-visibility sections

3. SLA (Service Level Agreement)

• Orders must be accepted or rejected within 48 hours
• Accepted orders must be published within 7 days
• Express orders (48h) must be published within the express deadline
• Failure to meet deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and refund

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

• Publisher earnings are credited after order completion
• A 15% platform fee is deducted on withdrawals
• Minimum withdrawal amount: $50
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 business days

5. Violations & Consequences

• Removing published articles before 12 months: full refund to buyer + account suspension
• Changing dofollow to nofollow: warning, then suspension on repeat
• Modifying content without buyer consent: case-by-case review
• Fraudulent activity: immediate account termination

6. Link Monitoring

Orbink performs monthly link checks on all published orders. Publishers will be notified if a link is found to be removed, changed to nofollow, or otherwise modified. Persistent violations may result in account suspension.
