Publishers can list their websites and earn by publishing content

3. Payment Terms

Buyers pay a 5% processing fee on all deposits
Publishers pay a 15% platform fee on all withdrawals
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of failed delivery

4. Content Policy

All content must comply with applicable laws
Publishers must keep published articles live for a minimum of 12 months
Links must remain dofollow unless otherwise agreed
Orbink reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Sensitive Niches

Orbink operates in regulated niches including Casino, Crypto, Adult, and IPTV. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Orbink will mediate between buyers and publishers. Refunds may be issued at Orbink's discretion for non-delivery or significant content modification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orbink is not liable for SEO results, ranking changes, or third-party platform changes affecting published content.

8. Account Termination

Orbink reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.
